Q: I have received an incorrect sized item(s), what should I do?

A: Please remember to read the size details before you place the order. If you buy the wrong size, the return shipping fee will be at your own cost.Items with an actual measured size of at least 2 cm larger or smaller than the size chart on our website are considered to be allowable. Please send clear pictures to show the correct size of the item(s) received. Errors of less than 2 cm hold no grounds for a refund

Q:The items I received don not match the product description, what should I do?

A: If the item(s) differs greatly from the specification or the description on our website, please provide the Sales Consultant with photographs or videos clearly showing any issues related to the item. We will take responsibility if the fault lies with us.

Q: I received my item but the colour did not match the original I chose! Why?

A: The settings of your computer screen may alter the colour of the pictures. Slight colour mismatches of your item(s) and the colour shown on-screen may not mean that the item(s) is defective or wrongly-shipped.

Q: I do not want the item(s) I have received, what should I do?

A: You may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item(s) involved. However, the return shipping fee will be at your own cost.

Q: I have shipped my items to the wrong return address, what should I do?

A: We have only one return address. If you return the item(s) to the wrong address without our permission, you will not be refunded for the return of the package(s)

Q: Should I provide the tracking number after I return the item?

A: The returned items are required to return by local regular mail with a tracking number.This is necessary due to the high loss rate of international shipments. It is also proof for the refund of the shipping fee.

Q: I have not received my order yet.

A: Please send us an email at: sales@brands2you.co with your order details so we can check with our supplier.

Q: What if I want to exchange a product instead of claiming a refund?

A We do not offer a one-step exchange process. If you would like an exchange you will need to apply for a refund (if eligible) as described earlier and separately order a replacement product. You do not have to wait for the refund process to be completed before ordering a replacement product.

Q: How do I cancel an order before it is shipped?

A: If you want to cancel an order you have paid for before the seller ships it, you can do so in your admin panel at: http://brand2you.local/shopping-cart.html

A: Simply go to our " Sign upsection and fill out the registration form with the information required in this section. Once completed, we will process your information and send you an email.

A: Yes, Brand2You is a secure site and accepts any payment method accepted by PayPal, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery and Diners Club.
